Founded in 1960, the mission of Benchmark Human Services is to help children and adults with disabilities live as independently as possible, be included in the community and function at their maximum potential. Our 3,000+ employees serve over 8,000 people throughout 11 states.

Benchmark will be looking to fill about 100 Direct Support Professional positions each year in Lima, Kenton, Van Wert, Celina, St Marys, Wapakoneta, and Greenville Ohio. We will also be hiring multiple Team Leader positions each year. Other opportunities may include Program Manager or other professional positions on a yearly basis.
