Pax Machine Works, Inc.
We think Pax is a fine place to work. Obviously, plant and equipment play an important part in the services we can provide. The real key, however, is our employees. Pax Machine Works, Inc. has a deep concern for the people who make up its staff. We have been fortunate to grow through the commitment to our customer from dedicated Pax employees. We invite you to learn more about us and how you too, can contribute to this tradition. In addition to this site, we invite you to check out our company web site at www.paxmachine.com.
In the early 1940’s Oscar Pax started a local farm equipment repair business on the family farm. The business evolved into a tool and die repair shop for a few area businesses. In 1948, Pax Machine Works officially incorporated and eventually began building new “tools” for local businesses. It wasn’t long until a press was needed and the production of precision metal stampings began. Today, Pax continues as a family-owned company and is still located on the family farm. Pax Machine Works has grown to become one of the most modern and complete metal stamping plants in the country. This growth has been based on a simple philosophy -- care and pride in workmanship.
