February 21, 2014, Celina, OH—Bill Montgomery, President and CEO of Celina Insurance Group, announced that the company is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2014. “In 1914, our founder, E.J. Brookhart, knew that things were different in Celina than they were in New York City,” remarked Montgomery. “He believed that by drawing on the experience of local drivers, it would be possible to offer lower rates to car owners in a rural community. One hundred years later, we are still committed to keeping the best interests of policyholders at heart.”
To celebrate the Centennial anniversary, Celina Insurance Group has planned a year-long campaign to reach its employees, agents and the local community.
“My father, Don, former CEO, and I want to thank the people of Mercer County for being great neighbors all these years,” commented Montgomery. “2014 is a year to celebrate, however, once the confetti settles, it’s our mission to remain a superior regional insurance carrier. We have strong agency partners and professional, energetic employees—the future is filled with promise.”
