  • Founded in Minster, OH in 1977 by Jack & Marie Eiting
  • Acquired by Reliance Steel & Aluminum in 2003
  • 11 locations in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama
  • Have grown to over 1,000 associates



  • Largest toll processor (material processed that we do not buy or sell) of steel, aluminum, and copper in the U.S.
  • Have only our quality and service to sell – we do not take ownership of any material on the floor
  • In addition to slitting, we provide oscillate slitting, scroll slitting, cut-to-length, and blanking services to the steel and aluminum industries
  • Our plants house 28 slitting lines, 4 oscillate lines, 9 cut-to-length lines, and 1 perforating line
  • To our knowledge, we’re the only toll processor that designs and builds its own equipment
  • Provide storage and transportation services with a Precision Strip fleet of over 200 tractor-trailer units
  • End markets served include automotive, appliance, welding wire, construction, commercial doors, service centers, mill extension, and beverage/food cans
